Composting toilet

A composting toilet is the eco-friendly alternative to a cassette toilet in motorhomes. Composting toilets are odor free, needs to be emptied less often and don’t need any chemicals. Since motorhome producers don’t offer composting toilets neither in their standard equipment nor in their extra equipment, you need to install the composting toilet yourself.

That is actually easier than it sounds. Here, we share our experience with our composting toilet including how we select the composting toilet, install the composting toilet and how the composting toilet works in our motorhome.
